NORTH CAROLINA & GEORGIA REALTOR
I was born and raised in Murphy, NC and have spent my life falling in love with the mountains. Growing up, I spent countless hours in these mountains and mountain waters, and now I am blessed to watch my kids and grandkids grow up in these mountains as well. My daughter, Hailey, graduated from Berry College in 2020 and is currently a counselor at a local high school. My son, Zeke, attends the Middle Georgia State School of Aviation. In 2014, I married my husband, Mark, who blessed me with my step-son, Blake, and 4 grandsons. We love to travel, but have never found another place we can call “home” like these mountains. In 2021 we purchased undeveloped land in Cherokee County to make into our forever mountain farm.
It’s a crazy good life I live here in the NC mountains.

Born & Raised in the Ozarks with roots in the Appalachians, I consider myself a mountain girl to the bottom of my soul. I’ve lived in Western North Carolina for over 17 years and every day that I drive around, I’m in constant awe that this is the place I get to call home.
I love living here. There’s always something to do whether you want to be outdoors or in; secluded, or surrounded by good people. Being close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is like having a back yard of hundreds of thousands of acres. As a local, I have the best recommendations for hidden gems or place to explore.
I’ve worked with RE/MAX for over 10 years in a support role which has prepared me for being a buyers agent in Western North Carolina. There’s nothing standard in this area or industry, and seeking out answers to questions is often times not just a simple phone call. Rural real estate comes with it’s own challenges. Between my knowledge and my teams resources, we have the tools and the contacts to find solutions.
Are you ready to fall in love with the mountains? Let’s find the location for your life story here to begin.

With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and over four decades of diverse professional experience, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate market. I graduated from The Penn State University in 1975 with an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, which equipped me with analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail that I apply to my real estate endeavors. My career began in the corporate arena, where I spent 21 years managing manufacturing companies from 1977 until 2000. This experience honed my management skills, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate complex projects. I thrived in high-pressure environments, learned the importance of clear communication, and developed a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
In 2001, my journey took an exciting turn as I transitioned into real estate development and home building. Over the next two decades, I successfully managed numerous projects, transforming visions into beautiful, functional spaces that families are proud to call home. My commitment to quality and client satisfaction has established my reputation in the industry, and I take great pride in helping clients realize their dreams of homeownership.
After retiring in 2021, I took the time to reflect on my career and personal aspirations. However, a month ago, I felt a renewed passion for real estate and decided to come out of retirement. My goal is to leverage my extensive experience to assist clients in reaching their real estate objectives. Whether you are buying your first home, seeking investment properties, or looking to sell, I am here to guide you through each step of the process with integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering dedication to your success.

Born and raised in North West Arkansas, I followed my sister out to Western North Carolina once I graduated high school. I fell in love with the beautiful mountain vistas and the people.
I then fell in love with a small town boy from Hayesville. We got married, had two wild boys, and recently relocated to Clay county in the country so we can let them run a little wild.
I started working real estate adjacent years ago, and I always looked at the agents in the office we shared and thought, “I want to help people like that.” After my first child, I began pursing my license and literally days before my second was born I became a licensed full time agent.
The reason I’m an agent? Purchasing or selling a home is usually the biggest transaction someone completes in their life. Navigating that can be complicated and emotional, and having an agent on your side to help you get it done is crucial. My passion is first time home buyers, but I love helping anyone through the process.
Give me a call, I would love to help you make your move!
